This section allows people to post their wish list for new additions to their team, and to also post their own skills for a change of employment. In either case, you have the option to be anonymous about the posting.
The idea of this area is to keep it really short. If people are interested they will contact you directly, or via the Site Administrator, depending on your wishes for anonymity.
